The NBB Home project features 7 pieces of furniture that were built from the same consecutive flitches of unsteamed Eastern Walnut. They consist of a work credenza, a living credenza, a dresser, a desk top (for a hydraulic convertible desk), two living room book cases, and a larger bedroom book case. All the pieces feature the walnut and a complimentary wood of Douglas Fir. Hand turned walnut knobs are featured on the pieces in the home, and brass knobs and miter keys are the distinctive element of the work credenza. Cascading grain matches, mid century design, and traditional joinery all are on display thoughout this project.
