BUTCHER BLOCK I – 2013
The Rock Maple end grain butcher block is to be the first of a series of butcher blocks I am making. It is approximately 36 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 3 inches thick. It sits on an Eastern Ash stand. The Block can is two sided - one side for meat cutting with a blood channel, and the other side for day to day use (and easier cleanup).
